By: Aran

Maybe you want to become vegetarian but are worried about health issues(?) or maybe your veggie now and are not feeling to good? Well today's your lucky day! This guide was written just for you.

What's a vegetarian?
Before we get going lets clarify what a vegetarian (as far as this article is concerned) is. A vegetarian is simply someone who does not eat any meat including fish and chicken, etc. This also includes Vegan's (people who do not eat any animal products including milk, eggs, honey etc.)

The journey of discovery
This guide is your starting point; you begin here and find your own path to a happy, healthy, veggie life. This is not an answer book, but can be used as a start of a quest. Even if that quest is just some Internet searches! But take the chance and find out more.

Meat
If you are interested in health, and you probably are if you're reading this, then you may like to consider what's in the making of the meat you eat. In your journey of discovery you may find out more about the meat in your local supermarket and you may not end up thinking it's a very healthy option.

Protein, vitamin and minerals
This could be your biggest concern about going vegetarian after all, you have probably grown-up with meat and people telling you how healthy it is. Whether it was your mum saying "meat will make you strong" or a poster with "100% chicken" on it someone was feeding you a meat friendly message. But its time to question this and look beyond this.
What ever you are worried about just a quick search will bring you answers. Try this now enter "vegetarian protein" "vegetarian b12" "vegetarian omega 3" in to your favourite search engine you may be surprised!

Contact Someone
Get in contact with a local vegetarian group and they should be happy to help also contact a national group and you should be able to obtain a free vegetarian starter pack!
